The history of PC Help

 

Formed in 1988 PC Help & then as a limited company in 2003, PC Computer Services Ltd has been providing our customers with an honest, friendly and professional service. We pride ourselves on ensuring attention to detail and keeping customers informed. We deal exclusively with the small to medium business sector and maintain trade links with a wide range of manufacturers to ensure we can offer expert advice and solutions designed specifically for this businesses sector at a competitive rate.

Whether you are looking for IT support, consultancy or managed services.  We offer everything from remote monitoring, online backup, to telecoms services, web site design, hosting, security solutions or assistance in procuring hardware and software, you need look no further than PCH. We are prepared to go that extra mile to provide our clients with the quality service they deserve.  We appreciate that most  businesses do not operate on a 9-5 basis and, for this reason, we work beyond core hours to ensure the continued smooth running of your business to minimise downtime. To ensure all calls are logged and tracked to conclusion, we use Help Desk software provided by SysAid.

 

Our offices

We are based in Harwich, Essex and open 8.30 am – 5.30 pm and we also operate an out of hours maintenance service and 24/7 emergency support for contracted clients. Out of hours calls divert to mobile, so a call will always be logged and dealt with.

 

Our staff

The company has steadily expanded over the years and we currently employ 7 staff comprising of qualified skilled engineers available to deal with any problems or issues. Our team of experts are at least MCSE qualified, ensuring that our customers always receive the level of expertise they deserve. We also retain a number of contracted staff for specific projects.

Joining the team early 2014, Craig has steadily built up the remote support side of the business, as well as taking control of CCTV installs, Maintaining Exchange servers and supporting many online mail services such as Anti-Spam services and Microsoft office 365.
